Before I took part in the Expedition through the Arctic, I had lived by a schedule. In the Arctic you lose sense of time. Having 24 hours of sunlight we could start our hiking at what we thought was 3 PM but it was actually 3 AM.
Our entire being was focused on one thing: survival.
That day or night (I can’t say for sure) I was on polar bear watch while the others were sleeping.

The huge being stood before me it was shaggy.
It had long hands and huge feet. I was dumbfounded.
It was the yeti. He has explained to me signs that he will not make anything bad, my help is necessary to it.
I have nodded that I understood and I will go with it, But only I will take which - what tool with myself.
The Yeti went in advance.
We have seen such picture through 2 km: the female of the yeti has got the right foot to an ice crevice.
Ice has clamped a foot to a female and it could not pull out it in any way. I had an ice axe with itself. We have cut away ice fast and have released it from an ice captivity.
They thanked me for the help signs. Yetis have left after that.
I have understood that they would not leave to people never if the trouble has not happened.
I long looked it following.
Then I returned to the companions and has told its this story, but nobody has believed to me certainly.
